Hello I'm sorry if that question has already been posed and answered but I've been searching for quite some time without finding a solution now.
I've been trying to convert a Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn Wii wbfs AND iso file with the wiivc injector script but I always get the following error. https://i.imgur.com/S8aYYpJ.png
I've been trying multiple sources and region but it's always the same error. I don't have any problems with any other games, just this one. Could someone help me please?

Thank you very much.

That's not to do with any of the game files, it's the injector program crashing. For some reason its not stable on your PC. Trying restarting the PC, closing any programs running in the background and try again.

Of course it is possible that if the game iso is corrupt it could be the cause of the crash. Have you confirmed it works?

Yeah all of my isos work so i don't understand, it's the only game that give me that error(I tested it on my WII and Dolphin, it works). I already tried rebooting my computer multiple times but it's always the same, I don't really know if any program could block the process but I'm gonna take a look at that.

Ok I stopped all programs that weren't neccessary and let the injector program alone but I still have the same problem so I don't really know what to do now...

I am having a problem injecting gamecube games onto my Wii U. I am on 5.51 and have Haxchii on my Wii U.

I have the EUR ISO of Fzero which I have injected no problem onto the Wii U - have tried both NAND and UBS hard drive. I can click into the game from the Wii U home screen and it appears to start loading. I see a Wii splash screen, then 30 seconds later, the screen goes black - the hard drive starts whirring - and then it resets the console. It then starts up on the Wii U loading screen. I'm not sure whats going wrong. I have a config file in the root of my SD.

Any ideas how I can get it working?

I've got nintendont in the apps section of my apps folder on my Sd card. I injected the game using a WUP installer and still it goes to a black screen

Any ideas??

There were discussion around here where others have the same issue as you, GC injects would boot into black screen, while for others they work fine. It's still a mystery as to why this happens and there doesn't seem to be a pattern as to what was causing this issue.
So your not the only having this issue, however some have suggested a work around, when you boot into your WiiU console, make sure you in CFW mode, then boot into vWii mode, then exit back to the WiiU Menu, then try launching a GC game again, hopefully this will work, booting into vWii mode just once seems to trigger something that makes GC injects work on consoles that are having issues.

See how you go.

I did read that and I tried it. The odd thing is that when i tried booting into the vWii the gamepad gave me the "The system files are corrupted. Please refer to the Wii Operations Manual for help troubleshooting" error message. The funny thing is that when not in CFW - it boots into vWii just fine.

Anyway - for those interested I have done the following:
- Ensured that my ios is working on the dolphin emulator
- Used both WUP installer GX2 and WUP Installer y Mod
- Used both USA and EUR versions of my iso
- Tried a Nintendont forwarder as well as TeconMoon's injector
- Tried installing on both the NAND and the USB
- Ensured I had Nintendont installed properly

So i guess I am one of the unlucky ones who has to live with the black screen...

Any other suggestions out there???

To the posters above - thank you all for your suggestions. I appreciate them...

I didn't know about that issue. Sorry I'm back from months of inactivity and v3.0.1 worked just fine for me.

Seems like issue is linked to your vWii. Did you hacked it (mine is not) ?

You said vWii is launching without CFW. What FW.img are you using ? Something special ?

Ok, so you pretty much did all the obvious troubleshooting that I would have suggested, so it looks like it's something completely else.

However for you booting into vWii mode using your version of the CFW (aka fw.img file) and getting that error message is very interesting and you shouldn't get that.

Just repeating what @Kleyon is asking, what CFW (fw.img) are you using?

When you boot into CFW, what splash screen/logo is shown on the GamePad? does it show the IOSUHAX logo?

You issue is interesting as I'm pretty sure from what I have read regarding this issue, most who are having issues with GC injects booting into Black Screen are mainly from USA region console, pretty rare for EUR/PAL console to have this issue.

Hi Kleyon - thanks for your response. my vWii is not hacked - in fact I have never even loaded it until this week when I couldnt get the VC injector working.

Now you'll have to forgive me - I am unsure what the FW.img is. I will investigate it tomorrow. What i can say is that about 18 months ago I hacked my Wii U to run Haxchii (via exploitable virtual console games) and Mocha CFW.

Thank for your reply xsforall

As i posted above - I am running Haxchii (via exploitable virtual console games) and Mocha CFW. When I start my Wii U - i click on Haxchii which then proceeds to show me the Mocha Splashcreen (is this what you meant by your question?)

Is it as simple as the fact that the VC injector is incompatible with Mocha?

Ok, it looks like your Haxchi install is defaulted to launch Mocha CFW which is fine, since it's still a CFW. Regardless of what injector you use to inject games, Mocha CFW should be able to play them, I don't use Mocha so I can't comment on the issue your having with in vWii mode. I have sent you a PM with some stuff/links I want you to try. See how you go with that.

@pdiddy007 Sorry but I don't see any interest using Mocha when Haxchi is installed. I was using it too when I was having a RedNand, but now this is more useless than anything else (RedNand is useless, Mocha isn't if you don't use Haxchi). Haxchi is having signature patch, why don't try launching your injections without launching Mocha ? (Tell Haxchi to return to WiiU Menu, to do it check your Haxchi config file)

Hello sorry if this question has been answered. How can I put my save files into the Wii / GC games that I inject?

I'll give it a crack

The truth is - I'm handy with the my wii U and following instructions (so can hack my Wii U with a guide) but have been off the scene for over a year so am not up to date with the progress. I'm not nearly as proficient as half the users on this forum...
