When did you buy and what country did you buy it in?
Warranty I think is 1 year, but I'm not sure.
No warranty and I called and I have to pay 50 $ CANNN. And I didnt do anything

You'll want to send it in for repair. Won't be free unless it's in warranty, but given you bought it at launch and the warranty was likely only 1 year, it will probably be an out of warranty repair and will cost you a bit of money.

That's still much better than having to buy a brand new console, actually I expected it to cost more.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1 -
