I'm new on wii u and I made mocha cfw. Can I install and play games on loadiine or only dlc dsware games?

No offense intended dude, but you should take a look at the sticky threads at this very session, you'll find all the answers you are looking for.
if possible, I'd suggest using usb rather than loadiine. loadiine can be ungodly slow. if a game has thousands of files (like breath of the wild), it can take 20+ minutes just to boot the game. it's just not worth it.
I just tested a game download. it worked fine.
It works only if you used the software before it was discontinued, new installations won't work AFAIK.
