Hacking PS4 5.05 Jailbreak ETA !

This image is referring to the drama which caused Hydrogen to leave the scene.
Essentially, someone gave Hydrogen a fake date and he reported on it.

The key point here though, is that Specter said it's more likely to be released within the week.

Unfortunately, it's been several days now, and unless it's coming tomorrow, my optimism has essentially faded.

I've got 2TBs of games I've never played before, ready to go, and I'm really, really looking forward to playing them before I have to go back to work!

People get there hopes up too early with all of these "eta's" Spectre said it was probably coming this week. That's not a set in stone release date, you fooled yourselfs folks, stop getting too invested in scene releases.

As far as i remember from the discord chat he said PROBABLY this week.
The important thing to remember here is that It's probably not ready yet, I believe they want it to be public as much as we do (for the homebrew scene - not piracy).
Looking at the unpermanent way of jailbreaking the console with all the discomfort it involves they maybe want to improve that two.

You know what really sucks? Knowing that kexploit is ready but they are making us wait for better “homebrew” support/tools while 99% of us don’t care for homebrew.

I am not depriving myself from the latest firmware + games in order to use homebrew on my PS4. Thats why I would like to know whom is???? Who has not updated his PS4 for the past 5+ months in order to just use “homebrew”???

being impatient is not gonna bring the release date any closer,why do i even have to explain that ? GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEAD.

This is just mere entertainment haha. People sitting and whining about 5.05 jailbreak. It's out when it's out, whining about it won't make it happen any faster, if you really are that desperate then learn to code and reverse-engineer yourselves.
And games on PSN now are really dirtcheap so if you're only in this for piracy then just upgrade.

Only really cared for game cheats and i can do that pretty much with save wizard not best but able to play latest fw. I will prolly get another ps4 just for jailbreak.

Holy shit, lots of deleted posts here lmfao. Anyway, I thought that it wouldn't be released this week. Just don't pay attention to any ETA's given by devs, otherwise your just going to get hyped for something that might not come out.

Can you not make changes to a private repo and then release them later down the line on Github?

Yes but it seemed like they were putting everything on their git as they made progress
