Harvest Moon - Friends of Mineral Town seems to work greatly, saves work, no visual glitch, sounds is great too, no framerate drop.

Super Monkey Ball Jr. and Crash Bandicoot - The Huge Adventure both run perfectly, although the framerate is very poor in SMBJ(ALL THIS HAS BEEN TESTED ON 5.0.2 FIRMWARE)
Spent some time whipping this up. Anyone that wants to add details for games is welcome tooI'm still working my way through this list so any help is welcomed

Can't speak for the poster, so not sure. I assume they couldn't get them to load on the emulator. If any news comes in for them though then i'll have the list updated!

They'll load on the emulator, but they're completely unplayable.
Severe slow downs, maybe 5 frames per second.
And PC version? Enlighten me because I'd love to have these working.
I believe they may be talking about PC emulators. Like VBA And such. If you haven't gotten into computer emulation for Gameboy Advance, check it out! You'll have a great time!
Yes! MMBN1 runs fairly well with frame dips in the overworld, but the battles are completely fine and run normal.
Battle Chip Challenge was having trouble saving but had no frame dips at all. Almost completely playable apart from the lack of save support (That could just be my issue though)
Oh, I thought they meant running Linux on Switch and having vba run that way. (Theoretically possible) I'm only talking for the switch emulation as of now.
All these games run flawlessly on my PC.
EDIT:
You can "play" all of them (I slogged through the intro to ALL the games) and after the 3rd intro fight every one of the games crash.

- Some graphical glitches
- Several sprites are black for example, e.g. Jerry
- Other sprites are misplaced in the incorrect layers (e.g. Jerry's blueboard in the main menu is overlaying him)
- Very minor audio lags
