I used the ShopN certificate to load it. Google around and you can find it (or dump it from your switch)

I know

I meant I was not near a system with the cert on it at the moment.
Hence I asked what Ghost92 was referring too.

But ill check it myself later then,

I mentioned that you can access video, images, structural data from the store with this certificate, but unfortunately you must create an account since it does not allow you to enter two systems at the same time with the same account. The link is the video of Zelda BOTW of the EShop.

I was reading at The eShop and CDN explained: Switch edition and it says very explicitly that only the Eshop Store does not use certificate authentication, but the other services do, and are accessed only by the console through an Api that encrypts the connections which prevents entering the service in another way. Also if you are banned it would be permanent and it is because this Api is at TrustZone level, which can not be modified so easily, and possibly could not be patched.

I have the same error.
It could be due to maintenance.

what could be causing this issue? i always have to use the method where you log in through the incognito mode before it allows me to access it from a regular tab but i still get that error message

Seems like it. Maybe a basic UA check or something really but sadly not in a position to check it right now.

Thread is more then 2 years old and people noted it not working more.
So I dont think it would get you anywhere honestly.

I tried to access it today, but I always get an Access Denied error.

I tried switching my browser agent thinking that it would only allow me access to the server if I had the correct browser agent but it still didn't work.

He just said it most likely would not work. Also what do you need access to the News section for that you can't get anywhere else on the Internet?
