While my New 3DS was on 11.2, I installed CFW using Plailect's guide, via soundhax. My 3DS was updated to 11.3 with no problems, and I was unaware of Nintendo's actions against Homebrew Launcher, etc. (I only use CFW for FBI and freeshop, to be 100% honest)
Recently, I tried moving the contents of my SD card to a new one, and accidentally deleted the files on it (long story). I heard that there's a way to reinstall the apps, since CFW is saved to the system and not the SD card. Can someone help me out?

1. Download lastest FBI release. both the .3dsx and .cia version.
2. Hold Select on boot to launch Luma config, check on "Patch arm9 access"
3. Go into Homebrewlauncher. Run FBI.3dsx. Install FBI.cia.

I checked "Patch arm9 access" but wasn't able to access HomebrewLauncher, it just booted to the home menu as normal. Do you need some specific file to do this?

I am having the same issue as the first poster, except FBI and HomebrewLauncher were uninstalled from the system through the settings. In other words, I have CFW as well, but I can't access HomewbrewLauncher :(

Do you even know what the HomeBrew Launcher is?:/ You are supposed to boot up normally like it does for you and then load the HBL with whatever method you are using for it (eg: Luma's Rosalina injection). You can always just inject FBI.cia into Health and Safety via GM9, install it and uninject.

The method I was using was simply loading the app because I installed the HBL cia...I'll try the Health and Safety method though, cheers

Don't bother using the HBL as CIA, just use Rosalina, much better and you don't have to worry about having the payloads anymore.
