The movable.sed is console-unique, so you will need to get it for the new ds. And yes, you need sudoku (or any other supported game), as the dumped game is encrypted with said movable.sed - another console's one won't work.
You can't know how long it will take. While mining, you'll see a number count up (and switch between being positive and negative), that isyour current offset. It should finish before that hits 1000, unless you're unlucky. Make sure you did update-db before you start mining to save you some time.

I believe its just your friend code and ID0 number that you need to provide to get whats needed to get the exploit done
As you already have your movable_part2.sed - why aren't you continuing? If you dont have a gpu, you are better off letting someone else do it anyway, but if you do, you should be good just using 'py -3 seedminer_launcher3.py gpu'
i put movable_part2.sed into TADpole but it says movable.sed is not valid. And i tried GPU and CPU but got error on both
Well, you are giving it a movable_part2.sed, not movable.sed, so what do you expect?

You can upload it imgur, for example and link that, that works. (And if needed, use the "imgur (dot) com (slash) stuff" format)
But as hunter said, giving us the dtails or pasting the console output also works

if you have 2 ID0 folders on the SD card,
look at step 3 on the first page, because the first one bruteforced fine, if this is incorrect I could end up bruteforcing for 24 hours for no reason
as in the picture that is not in my folder is not yet a folder with a long number
