Got the one from the Homebrew store. That is not the latest?

Flump is talking about this, its Gecko-U-Updater. It downloads the latest TCPGecko and JGeckoU for you, they will download to the same directory you put the GeckoU Updater in.

https://github.com/BullyWiiPlaza/Gecko-U-Updater/blob/master/Gecko U Updater.jar?raw=true

Click that link and it will download automatically, or it will ask you to save it to somewhere on your PC.

Run "Gecko-U-Updater.jar", and click "Download Files". Like I said, they will download to the same location as "Gecko-U-Updater.jar", in the directory "Downloaded".

File Locations:
JeckoU Location: /Gecko-U-Updater/Downloaded/Computer/Jgecko U/Jgecko U.jar
TCPGecko Location: /Gecko-U-Updater/Downloaded/SD Card/wiiu/apps/tcpgecko/

just take a screenshot of the trainer for me then please. There should be a tab on the end that says error log but if that is not lighting up then it means it hasn't had an error. Can I just see the interface what you are seeing please.

Are you sure your putting in the correct IP Address in the trainer? And when you launch TCPGecko, did you select the option WITHOUT SD Cheats?

Since your using the trainer for enabling and sending cheats, there is no reason to enable SD Cheats in TCPGecko.

The mad part is this hasn't changed at all since the 1.4.1 trainer. I never had to mess with any of the armour, bows, shields tabs etc as they still used the same ones from 1.4.1. The only things that were changed there was adding new items I found on the pages here that weren't already added. He could try the original BOTW 1.4.1 trainer but I'm guessing it's going to do the same.

Do the codes actually send and work for you from the codes tab?

Yeah, and the thing is, the only time my inventory didn't show up in the trainer, is when I was using a different game version of what the trainer supported, or it was due to an older version of TCPGecko. So the addresses must change with every game update, or maybe the pointers? IDK, its strange.

Here is all I do to get it to work.

Have the newest TCPGecko on the sdcard and launch it on the Wii U. When the screen appears with text on it it tells you the IP at the top, remember that IP and then hit A.
Launch BOTW on wiiu and fully load into a save where you can move about.
Run the trainer and put the IP at the top what TCPGecko gave you earlier, hit connect and then hit load items.

That's it basically.

Regular codes work fine, and it does this with or witout choosing the SD cheats option

Try the original trainer for 1.4.1. I just tested it and that shows the armour etc fine on 1.5.0 also, just don't go messing in the "other" tab etc or you will crash the game.

Nope, that never worked for me either.
I'm at a loss sorry mate. I just updated it to work on the newest and if the original one never worked then that's above my pay grade ;)

The only other thing I can think of is to make sure your dotnet is up to date on PC but apart from that you have everything the same as the rest of us.

Dotnet is already up to date and won't let me install updates.

Here is the TCPGecko and BOTW Trainer that I use, I put them both in a ZIP so I can upload it here. I took them directly from my own Computer, the trainer even has my codes that I use for my game.

Let us know if this works for you. Don't forget to use the TCPGecko.elf inside this ZIP. Also, make sure you load your game first, and get into the World before you use and connect the trainer.

NOTE: This ZIP is for BOTW v1.4.1 ONLY.
