So apparently my r4 card has been outdated, or I just can't get it to work. Any suggestions where and which card to get for my dsi xl? It has 1.4.5e version, which I think was a challenge to my old card..

Yep, get the r4i gold 3ds plus by r4ids.cn. Best card that still gets produced.
