Hi, I need help transfering all content from my hacked 11.6 old Aqua Blue 3DS with the latest versions of B9S and Luma to my stock 11.5 Galaxy Style 3DS. I want to transfer absolutely everything to the new 3DS but I have a lot of content in my old one (Games downloaded from the eShop, freeShop, non-legit CIAs from the internet (games and apps) from FBI and all their saves and extra data) My NNID which I also use in my Wii U is also linked there) so I don't really know how to proceed..I would greatly apreciate if someone could help me with this. Many thanks in advance.

You can ONLY transfer legit titles and also the CFW (using one of the many methods), then you will need to reinstall the rest. You will also lose your NNID from the old system upon transferring. Check 3ds.guide for how to transfer between systems while getting CFW on your 2nd 3DS. Then do system transfer normally after you have done the preparations and once your 2nd 3DS has CFW too, just reinstall all pirated games.

Okay, thanks for your reply, so just to be sure, the part of 3ds.guide for how to transfer between systems while getting CFW on my new 3DS that you're talking about is the Installing boot9strap (DSiWare), correct? Yeah I'm aware the NNID will move to the new 3DS after the system transfer, but I'm concerned about the save files and data of the non-legit titles since I really don't want to lose anything during the transfer. Would making a backup of my old 3DS be a good idea? and if I understand correctly I have to backup all the saves of the non-legit cias to install them afterwards not to mention that they would get deleted by the system transfer, right?
Thanks for your help.

From what I know only custom firmware to custom firmware systems will make it work. Saves will stay on the source after a transfer.

EVERYTHING legitimately owned carries over (games, saves, etc.), while anything pirated stays behind (games, saves, homebrew, etc.). You can backup and restore your saves with JKSM if you want and import them back later. As for what I meant about the guide, yes, that method. You need to buy from the eshop a compatible title for it to work, but it's the best way to do it considering what you have available. Just check if you already have a legit copy of a supported DSiWare game without you realizing (the list is huge, for example I have 2 of them and didn't even know it:P).

Got it, I'm going to do that right now then since I actually own a legit purchased TLOZ Four Swords in my old 3DS. I'll report back when I'm finished. Thanks for your help :).

Sorry for the double post but something REALLY bad and unlucky happened to me while I was copying the public.sav file to my old 3ds' sd card, which was working just fine before. My PC's sd card slot stopped recognizing the sd and now it keeps telling me that the volume does not contain a recognized file system and now I can't use it. Please help I don't want to lose any of my info :(.

No, all saves move.

Find a free backup program to get the data from the card. In future you should regularly back up your save games with JKSM or Checkpoint.

Pirated games actually do move, they just won't show up unless you install the tickets for them (which you need CFW for). It's the tickets that don't move.

Thanks for your help and advice. After my SD card reader malfunctioned (seriously, don't trust HP laptops) I succesfully recovered my data using Easy US (the few free recovery software didn't work) and continued smoothly with the rest of the installation of B9S with DSiWare and the System Transfer. Afterwards I installed the missing tickets with tikShop and the homebrew apps with FBI. My new 3DS is working great now, thanks everyone :yay3ds:
