I have updated the build in the first post. Hopefully this one starts.
Should also be easier to transfer files now.
aw I hate saying this, but it does not.

There was a race condition related to file reading fixed in libnx lately, so I decided to make a new test build.
My switch arrives next week, so I hope to debug the crash reason then.

Unfortunately not. I have uploaded the new build, but no guarantees it works.
Is a bit of debugging ahead and i hope to shed some light on the crash reason next week.

Last build does boot properly on Switch !
Here are issues I have have seen :)

Really tiny screen (can be changed in game, but super3x lag to the barely playable saddly)
Picture of the game running on switch on really really tiny screen~

In input name screen :
stick does validate letter while moving so, that impossible to make proper name :)
Left joycon button does not react as dpad (you can not move cursor)
All input issue can be remapped later so that not really an issue.

Also Input configuration is the default one in ''file select'' menu. :)

now suggestion if you allow me :)

A way to display FPS ? this way we can tell you if a zone have issue~
in inventory L & R to switch pages?

Else I do not play much on it waiting for a build considered stable :)
but really that brief minutes asked me to stay in game eheh :D

Yay! So it was indeed a now-fixed bug in libnx. :)
About tiny screen rendering: Yes, as my earlier video shows, it can output in scaled mode also. However, i have changed this for the later builds as i figured it would be slow (currently the pixels are put one by one to the screen).
I have not put much work in the joystick/button stuff by now, however i have not noticed this weird behavior in the emulator, so need to check.

Okay, alpha-4 build does scale differently. Actually have changed some drawing bits in SDL, let's see how that performs... :evil:

Apart from that, no changes! Still not sure what causes the name input issue. Next build will take a while (need to setup my Switch first and such).

Just tried out alpha 4 and im about 10 mins in. It runs great, fullscreen and i havnt noticed any lag yet, just been walking around. When navigating menus such as the lang select, and name selection it appears that moving the joysticks acts like i moved the joystick and pressed a. Game saves seem to work fine. No sound yet, i think the biggest thing making it difficult now would be the joy sticks moving and selecting,

the name choice with the joysticks is super sensitive, that can be improved because in the end it is almost impossible to put the name well is too sensitive I think, I will test it, graphically it is very beautiful, beautiful
