Thanks for that, does that hold true for flash carts/cards too? I'm on an old ds xl with an old DSTwo in it, so I haven't a clue.The New Nintendo 2DS XL just a New 3DS without the 3D.

@Miss Panda Since the flashcarts used by the 3DS family to play DS games are the same ones as the ones from the DS days, we bundle them in the same subforum
And any DS flashcard which claims to work on 7.0 (or higher) 3DS version will work on any 3DS-series console, as 7.0 was the last update that tried to obstruct DS flashcards
