I've tried following different threads to fix my problem of trying to play some Wii games off my flash drive but I have yet to solve my issue. Please if anyone has the patience and the time to help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I'll try to post my system check so that people can better help me solve my problem. Thanks in advance.

I had this problem a few months ago, but solved it, so I could probably give some suggestions.

That's not the full syscheck, and also update your homebrew to the latest version (latest is 1.1.2, you are using 1.0.0)

I'm connected to the internet but it doesn't automatically update nor does it give me an option to update the browser. When I click on it, it gives me the options of delete, load, or back.

Are you confusing the Homebrew Channel with the Homebrew Browser? You need to update the channel. The browser really isn't supported anymore. If HBC doesn't update automatically go get the HackMii Installer from here and put the .elf file in /apps/<whatever>/ and run it from your current HBC to update.

Why everybody focus on unrelated causes ?
HBC being 1.0.0 is NOT a problem at all, and clearly not his issues here.
Why make him update and change something which will change nothing to his problem ?

If HBC1.0.0 doesn't prompt for update automatically, it's because there's no use of a newer version. newer version are vWii specific fixes, and are therefore not required on Wii, hence why the auto-update is not triggered.
His syscheck report "HBC on IOS0" which can be a problem, but it's not what's causing black screen in games. maybe it's wrong syscheck version, or maybe he really has a problem with the IOS or HBC, but we would know only after using proper and latest version of syscheck.

@gobigblue1999 :
we would need more information to help you.
1. you posted the start of the syscheck report, but the interesting parts for USBLoader are located at the end of the report.
I suggest you follow THIS guide, with the provided syscheck version (because your version is outdated)

2. if you don't follow syscheck guide, at least tell us which IOS you have installed in slot 249 and 250. (IOS name, version and base)
If you don't know, follow the guide.

3. which USBLoader are you using ? USBLoaderGX or Wiiflow ?

4. Are some game working, or ALL games gives you black screen ?

5. Do you plug the flash on the correct USB Port ? you need to use "USB Port 0" which is located at the bottom (near the edge). If you use the other port, you'll get black screen. (sometime it reboot the console, sometime it just black screens)

6. Does your Flash drive ever worked before ? Flash drives are known to be incompatible with USB game Loading. please, try another Flash drive, or better don't use flash device at all and use a real External Hard Drive Disk (HDD)

7. If only some games have black screens, which region are they ? are they the same region than your Wii ?
Did you try reset the USBLoader settings? (default settings should be fine for most games)

8.
I've tried following different threads to fix my problem
Which thread? It would have helped more if we knew what you did so far. if someone else helped you before posting here, etc.

he said :
I posted 8 questions/suggestions, but you replied to the first 2.
what are the answer of my 6 other questions?
I even separated and numbered them to make it easier for you to follow and reply one by one.

I see you updated HBC, and syscheck. so it's fine. now your IOS setup is good, do not touch/edit/install more IOS.
Now, let's focus on the real problem. (probably flash drive, or wrong USB Port).
please, re-read my previous message and see all the information I provided.

I apologize @Cyan and @tswntk for the miscommunication. I really do appreciate anybody with the patience to help me. Anyways back to the task at hand.

3. This is at the top of the credits for my usbloader gx:Rev1268 I0S249 (Rev21008 AHB or 8, d2x v8final base56) and is this or the wiiflow that you speak of better.

4. The only games i've downloaded and tried are New Super Mario Wii Extra Levels ISO and Super Mario Wii 3+ ISO. Both give me a black screen.

5. I am using the usb port at the bottom if the wii is laying flat. It reads the games that are on it but won't boot them for some reason.

6. It reads my flash drive. It's a SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive. But if I need to get an external hard drive, I can do that too.

7. I'm not real sure what region the games I've downloaded are in. How do I find out about the region and how do I reset my usbloader gx settings?

8. I'm not really sure the exact threads. I use google to explain my problem and then whatever it takes me too I try looking for solutions.

3. good. thanks. v8 final base56 is fine. base57 (installed in slot250) is even better as some games requires base57, like Call of Duty, or Just dance. (sing it?)
you can tell the loader to use that slot for better compatibility :
loader GX > settings > loader's settings > game's IOS and Loader's IOS : 250

USBLoaderGX and wiiflow are both good USB Loaders.
users pick the one they like based on the interface's look.
I'm developer of USBLoaderGX and never used Wiiflow, so I can't help with it, but options should be similar if you decide to go with the latest.

4. so, they are only modded games. you didn't patch the game yourself, you got the "already patched" ISO ? but I think they wouldn't be released if they didn't work. so, let's assume the iso are correctly patched.

Question : It could still be a problem of : how did you put the game on your device ? you copied the .iso using your file explorer, or you used WiiBackupManager? is it still .iso or .wbfs ?

5. good, bottom port is the correct one (USB Port 0)

6. That is probably your problem !
using flash drive is not advised, it's even highly recommended to stop using flash and use an external hard disk drive instead.
Flash drive have issues, are not compatible, freeze in games and when trying to write to the device.

Please, try another flash, or best don't use flash anymore with Wii and WiiU.

7.
reset settings : USBLoaderGX > settings > reset > yes
that will reset the general loader's setting, but not the individual game's settings, or the playcount.
if you want to delete every user data, you'll have to delete some files manually from the SD card. but that's not necessary here.

display region :
Manually
the region is usually provided with the titleID6 : RSBE01
R = Wii (there are other letters too, like S, etc.)
SB = game code (SB = Smash Bros)
E = region. E= USA, P=EUR, J=JPN, K=KOR, C/W = China/taiwan, X=region free, other=modded version, etc.
01 = publisher's code. 01=nintendo

so, check if your game's file has a TitleID, and look at the 4th letter.

in the loader
go to settings > GUI settings > game info > Both (none, both, region, titleID)
go to List mode layout (first layout choice from the main windows's top menu), the one with cover on the left and game's title on the right.

see the region on the left, below the cover.

Set the proper video mode based on the region
To play a game, you need to use the proper video mode.
if the game is PAL/EUR, then you need to tell the console to use PAL mode. If you use NTSC mode you'll likely have a black screen.
same for playing NTSC game with PAL mode.
you need to use "disc default" option, so the console automatically set the video mode of the console based on the played game's disc region.

Settings > loader settings > Video mode : Disc default

You might also need a component cable, (5 plugs, red/white + red/green/blue) instead of composite cable (red/white + yellow), as playing out of region game will not work well with "yellow" cable.

8. ok, that's fine.
you syscheck looks good, so you didn't mess your setup by following other people help.
