After a week of tests and gaming in my 4xxxA with the HAN, all the games that i tested/played run fine!

The only thing that i still want so bad is the possibility to run my favorite Retro games in my PS3 with Retroarch for example.
There's a way to run Emulators/Homebrew with the HAN?

Right now only snes and sega genesis work. But it is through a ps2 converted file.
By that I mean turn an iso into a pkg and do the deal you do with the ps2 isos except that you first need to edit the game to put the files in the "roms folder" then convert the whole thing. Complex but it works.
P.S. if you look this up I recommend you having all the games since you just dont want to do the whole cycle again if you want another game (wherever you got it from)

Yep i see that is possible to run PS2 homebrews and i recommend to use Picodrive instead of PGEN for the Sega Genesis Emulator.
Still hope that ps3 Homebrew will be compatible someday...

Not now. I also was searching for a sign if that's possible. But, meh, now we just have to be patient and wait till PS3Xploit releases a CFW hack for Slim and Super Slim PS3s'. I have Super Slim PS3 that runs on the firmware version 4.82, take a look:

The problem with doing that is even if it runs, the games wont work unless you can put the roms inside the iso.
I will try, but don't really think that will work...

Yeah, duh, you to go all the pain of converting from an iso to an pkg file, then fake-signing it, moving it to your ps3, enabling HAN, AND installing it on your PS3 just to see that you have an working emulator WITH no games to run and play of off! I mean that it's NO GOOD!

I thought since retroarch is an eboot that you can also put the roms folder inside and then convert it into a psp remastered pkg

Sad that HAN seems to be dead so far, would really love to put my PS3 to use as an emulation station now that I have a PS4 ;)
There are still alot of retro games that run off han like ps2,psp,ps1,snes and genisis.

The ps1,ps2 and psp emulators are built into the ps3 software natively, while the snes and genisis emulators run from a ps2 iso that has a emulator on it since the ps3 can still use ps2 homebrew without cfw.
