Translation SD Gundam G Generation Overworld english translation

need some help here
so i am using the english translation xdelta patch and the game worked flawlessly, but once i installed the extra hq patch under the textures folder, the game no longer starts under just freezes in black screen
how do i fix this? thanks!

The Extra HQ patch has a LOT of textures replaces, PPSSPP loads all the hashes when booting the game, which can take 2-10 minutes (depending on you CPU), so you either need to wait or remove the extra patch.

hmm i tried to wait for it but android says ppsspp has stopped working (i use op3t)

Oh, its the android version, I never tried the extra patch on Android, I guess PPSSPP can't handle it there (possibly too much memory usage or some android specific bug with the texture replacement feature)

Hello guys! excuse me but i got some problem with, when i run the patch in ppsspp the game is still in japan, Nothing have change i download xdelta because i didn't found in the drive is it because of this also the patch game don't look like a iso file but just a normal file. thanks for repply

The patch isn't an iso file, because i is an .xdelta patch file.
A recommend downloading the xdelta patcher that is included with the patch (link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0ByfNnBLIIZXvRUFUYnRTdW5qVkE), as when using a different version there is a minor chance the patching will fail due to incompatibility.
Make sure to follow the steps in the Install Instructions.txt, and that when the new patched iso is generated, to run that, instead of the original ISO.

Yeah that's the problem i patched the game, i send the patched game in ppsspp file but the game is still in japan (if i let the non patched game in ppsspp) or don't show me the game ( if i only send patched file in ppsspp) also in your link tehre isnt xdelta patch is it normal?

On the link, the (full) Xdelta patch is the "G Generation Overworld English Translation Patch 1.1HQ.xdelta" file, the Xdelta patcher is in the "xdeltaUI.zip" file.

Bit weird in ur drive link there is no xdelta file ._. Only five (patch 1.1/ np / np / instruction / patch 1.0 to 1.1) is it normal? The xdelta patchet is in one of "np" file?

Or just open instruction file, you don't need to download it if you are on PC... instruction file, of course, you still need to download at least .xdelta.

I really need some huge help here. I absolutely cannot get Custom BGM working in this game. I've tried everything and followed every tutorial exact. The kpbs should be correct (128), file paths and names are correct, etc... To compound it, I've already done a clean install of the patch and game, and my friend who has no differences at all in setup has got custom bgm working just fine. I'm using the latest version of ppsspp, and I've even confirmed that my mp3 files do work. (Friend tested them, they were recognized fine). I'm at my wits end, and I can't find enough info to really nail down what I could be doing wrong. I can't even tell if the game is reading the MUSIC/OVERWORLD files correctly because in-game I literally can't even select the option to use them. (The "Change BGM" option in gallery is darkened out and trying to press circle just prompts a denial sound).

If anyone at all knows anything about this, I would very, very much appreciate it. I can try to provide more info if needed, but as it stands currently I dunno what else to say.

There isn't much I can think of that would cause it to fail to see the directory.
One thing I can think of, is to make sure you actually boot up the game and get to the gallery menu properly and don't just use a quick load to do so, because it wouldn't update that the BGM is there.

An other thing you might want to try is to just copy over the whole PPSPP folder as is from your friend for whom it works, and try running it then.

@danikk you may want to pin this, its just a small issue but help a lot for freezing issue.
how to use it:
1.get it first from here then put it on your ppsspp folder
2. open it then type 1 then enter
3. open your PPSSPP then run SDGGO until you get past/skipping opening (i assume you get to the main menu right now or loading savestate)
4. press ESC / pause your game then back to software type "2" then enter
5. click Settings/Game Settings then click back
6. click Countinue and wait for a while
this method fix freezing issue and slow as f*ck replacement loading, basically it rename the replacement folder first and PPSSPP boot the game until main menu/past that then the software rename it again and PPSSPP detect texture replacement again which take time to load.. but a whole faster than having it loaded while PPSSPP trying to boot the game first.. simple right?~

E.g: When starting the emulator, starting the game, loading save game, starting a specific stage etc

You can get a LOT of Gundams, but there are always more that is still not in the game. The game has thing in it up to the Gundam Age 2, so anything after that will not work.

Th Mobile link was used to unlock one time bonuses using codes in Magazines but the verification server was shut down years ago so it is useless now.

Ah cool so I don’t need the mobile link I’m not missing out on anything I hope lol and I finally got it to work had to boot up my old computer to do it for some reason I could not patch the game so I used my old computer from 10 years ago lol but yeah still need to find out what was going on tho and I am loving this game can’t believe I haven’t heard of it so thank you guys for patching this awesome game

btw @danikk did you still countinue PPSSPP HQ Texture replacement? i see a lot of texture didn't included but whole hash are completed.. i may want to take a look on it later.
