Hacking APPTOUSB cuts off ps4. Any ideas what causes this.

Hi been useing APPTOUSB but it always cuts off ps4. i use ORIGINAL exploit and i inject APPTOUSB payload with NETCAT GUI. any ideas what is causeing the cut off? By the way i have no problems With PKGTOUSB payload.

What does "cut off" mean? Do you mean the app shuts off the PS4?

Yes it shuts off ps4.

Did you try one at a time?

Or are you trying multiple games? If so how many at once?

Does your external hdd have a timeout facility? Perhaps it spins down after a certain amount of time?

I did try one at a time but had the same problem. im pretty sure its not the hard drve thats the problem as pkgtousb works

Perhaps pkg2usb has "keep alive" code built in.... I would check your hdd settings, go to manufacturers website and trouble shoot that first.

Now you need to grab the V1 userland.js file, can get those from my file http://www18.zippyshare.com/v/Ste0oa0X/file.html copy any one our of any payload, and paste it into the ps4-exploit-host/exploit/4.55/ original hen (aka binloader) folder, and the apptousb folder.

I've recently had this issue too, to fix this I just had HEN enabled first. Then go to the original bit. Where you can inject a payload then inject the APP2USB.BIN then it should work fine for you. Hope this helps!
