Hacking Can I install games from a package db on a 4.05 PS4?

I have a hacked 4.05 PS4 and I found https://extreme-modding.de/PS4/database/games.html.

Can I download the games from that site and install them on my PS4? Do all the games listed there work on 4.05 and below? If not how can I check. Do I have to do any special processing of the pkg files to install them?

No it wouldn't work. You have to fake sign them yourself or find another site that the users signed them themselves.
