Hello all,

I have another question: does someone know how to fix the Donkey Kong 64 camera issue within the latest Wii64 version?

Thanks again!

Hello team!

I have just tested the DK64 with the FIX94 Rice version and it works fine!

But the I still have the same issue with this FIX94 Rice version (even with the GFX one), left stick moving slightly to the left not to the right as @arturogalaxy is saying... I have rebooted the Wii U and tested 3 different pads, and it is still happening.

- Any idea of how to fix it?

I take advantage of this post in order to ask these 2 other questions that I had:

- How do I know that the Cafe2wii is being loaded, despite I see that, for example, DK64 runs pretty well with the Nand stuff activated? (I already have the CHBC and the rest stuff)
- In order to rescale the emulation, I have tried to set 1024x768 size within the RiceVideo.cfg file, exactly as follows below, but instead of rescaling the image and fit into the TV, it only shows one portion of the screen. Maybe it is not possible to reescale it....but still I would like to ask :) whether is possible or not.

These are my settings:

WinModeWidth 640
WinModeHeight 480
FulScreenWidth 1024
FulScreenHeight 768
EnableHacks 1
FrameBufferSetting 0
FrameBufferWriteBackControl 0

HideAdvancedOptions 1
DisplayOnscreenFPS 0
FrameBufferType 1
FulScreenHeight 480
FastTextureLoading 0
RenderEngine 0
ForceTextureFilter 0
TextureQuality 0
TexRectOnly 0
SmallTextureOnly 0
LoadHiResTextures 0
DumpTexturesToFiles 0

TextureEnhancementControl 0
FullScreenFrequency 0
AccurateTextureMapping 1
InN64Resolution 0
SaveVRAM 0

Thanks in advance!

the problem is your gamepad the stick is probably too loose and the default vaalues do no apply to it, it works fine for me using cbhc and wiiu gamepad wih rice version.

But it doesn't make sense that this happens to 3 controllers...

Is it possible to change the default values within the .cfg file or so?

no they are hardcoded in the dol itself and the default values is like a dead zone of -7 to +7 or something like that if i recall, and it means your stick is never at those values, and how the hell do you have 3 wiiu gamepads? also did you try using a Classic controller or wiiupro?

I used 2 Wii U Pro Controllers and the Wii U GamePad...

It would be good to be able to configure this in some cfg file instead of being hardcoded.. :(

you cant configure controller deadzones or presses it would be a mess for sure, if your wiiu pros also go to the left you might have some bad installation or file, i would recomend delete every file bides roms and saves assosiated with wii64, delete the VCinject channel and start over remenber to uninstall the channel first, you might have a messed corrupt file somewhere.

What about Starwars N64 games on wiiu (vwii) overclocked ???
I will try...
they never worked being overclocked does not make them magialy work lol, you can play abit of shadows of the empire on rice but it has some nasty gfx bugs on walking missions, and i guess the only one that works correctly is the pod racing one, the other 2 dont work at all.

Factor 5 games all use their own LLE microcode, which makes them a bitch to properly emulate. I doubt the Wii or even overclocked vWii will have the power to run LLE at full speed.
