When I delete the .patched part, its the same file as the one in the 3ds. Please help.

yeah, just replace the one in the 3ds with the new one

No, the hardware is much older then that, 4 E7-8870 first gen variant. ~~I guess I was stupid back then and compounded by curiosity of having so many cores.~~
Actually it was the only way to get massive amount of RAM back then as I use quite a bit, especially when loading an entire OS from RAM
