"Easy fix, mount the SD2vita again and go to the henkaku website, once it launches the webpage press the buttom R and keep it pressed, this will reinstall molecular shell the memory card or SD2vita (ehatever is mounted) and will now work."

It might be sd2vita problem, try the 2nd step from my previous reply for now. If it doesn't work then it's adapter problem.

tried that aswell just now.... man I am so upset because its like 4am in the morning and turns out it was the 1$ adapter from china's fault...Im going to sleep i've got a massive day tomorrow caz of Australia day and public holiday poop so im going... if you've got a fix for not having to make me press L when loading my old SD card it would be much appreciated.... Thank you so much for spending this long trying to fix my problems but I will see when I can buy a proper adapted. Thanks!

Use that for easy switching between sony mc and sd2vita. Move it to internal memory to make it simpler

go to the henkaku install page in the browser and when it starts the installation, Press R to reinstall molecular shell

Found out the sd card was corrupted during the sd2vita process. Any chance of saving???
