Wow thats a good idea! He really should try that!
See, Piracy is good for Nintendo! It's a boon for hardware sales. When people can't follow simple directions, and advice, they end up having to buy 2, 3, or 4 consoles. This makes up for the small amount of money that Nintendo loses due to piracy, homebrew, etc.. Why can't somebody just edit the Wiiu.guide, or take it down completely? I remember hacking the Wii U, and initially, it was a mess trying to make sense of all the different guides out there that have been published over the years. Then I found Kaflukes noob guide, and knew right away that I finally hit paydirt. There is also ONE really good video on youtube that stands way above the rest when it comes to explaining the installation and removal of CBHC. Also another video that stands way above the rest when it comes to hacking the vwii side. So, these two videos, and Kafluks noob guide is all anyone ever needs.

Still retrying it but doesn't seem to work. Will retry

EDIT : ok, it does something. Not useful for now but the sound stop. That's all. There's a "bzzzzz" sound when It crashes and keeping A pressed just stop it after like 3 seconds.

Just consider it a lost cause. Buy another Wii U (Console only) for $50 and follow Kaflukes noob guide this time.

The guide was successful. I think I just done shit with idk what homebrew and returning back to stock firmware wasn't good so a change I may have done broke everything.

Oh and I can't buy any Wii U for $50 since I live in France, I found nothing like that and eBay shipping fee is like $40. Won't buy console only for $100 cuz shipping fee.
EDIT : The wii is connecting to internet btw
EDIT 2 : The sound stop without holding A.

Hmm, try powering off and booting with the power on gamepad to go to quick menu, then choose to boot the menu and hold A, B, X, or Y (doesn't matter what button really) and see if it does the same thing.

In addition, it'd be good to verify you have a copy of the homebrew launcher on your SD card in sd:/wiiu/apps/homebrew_launcher/homebrew_launcher.elf , and verify that your SD card is not corrupt or anything, since that is obviously important.

Didn't see that you were in France. Maybe the best thing to do then is to confirm that you really do have CBHC uninstalled like some others have mentioned here, then format the console, and start over with the noob guide. But as others have said, it's extremely critical to make sure CBHC is uninstalled.

It does the same thing even If I'm not pressing any button actually :-
SD card not corrupt and hombrew launcher present. I think it's crashing when It's trying to do an internet request, since I had a proxy set to my local computer and it's not connecting to it, but it's connecting to the router.

I saw you edited a message that previously said you messed with a certificate on NAND prior to uninstalling CBHC, is this true?
If so, you likely have in fact removed CBHC and the console is hanging because it is unable to ensure that file is legitimate.

Details (which guide you followed to do this, what files you replaced, etc) if you can provide them please.

Oops, accidentelly removed that part with editing.
I've changed /storage_mlc/sys/title/0005001b/10054000/content/scerts/CACERT_NINTENDO_CA_G3.der to Charles cer file. I've backed up the file but 'cause no access to homebrew channel I can't put it back. I'm stupid sometimes omg

Charles as in the cert for Charles SSL Web Debugging Proxy? If so, this is almost certainly why your console is hanging.
I guess you could try to turn off your household internet/network router and then boot and see if it still hangs but I wouldn't hold out much hope, it really sounds like you played yourself here.

Even if you did manage to boot without hanging, man, I wouldn't know what to have you do, unless you have some way into HBL without needing network access in there. :V
edit: if it boots you should be able to use the leftover CBHC icon to boot into HBL but like I said, I really doubt this is going to work.

Edit 2: Can you boot into vWii? (Hold B while powering console on)

PS. People here shitting on wiiu.guide don't really know what they are talking about so much, that guide is fine.

vWii not bootable. There's sound effect but black screen. Not tried to turn off router through

EDIT : Black screen happen when using a Nintendo Network mii. With a regular Mii, it's just asking to sync a wiimote then black screen. Still not tried to turn off router

Router on/off doesn't change anything.

Well if that's it, and you have no NAND backup, I hate to say it but, you're just about out of options.
Your Wii U is bricked.

The cause: Replaced Nintendo SSL cert on NAND and forgot to restore it before uninstalling CBHC to return to stock.
No NAND Backup due to Hard Drive Failure.
@pwsincd Want to add that to the brick list?

Ok my wii U is now stuck in "wii U menu" splash screen. But not freezing, just a bootloop. I tried to run a game from gamepad quick run, and I pressed B button while starting, then I chose a local account (no Nintendo Network) and now bootloop.

If it appears to be in a bootloop, you can try the "hold a" thing I said before but I'm pretty sure you're bricked at this point.

-FINALLY- went back to bootloop. Holding A doesn't do anything

=========

After a LOT OF TIME in a bootloop, the music stop and the console freeze. Meh, not useful at all.

[MOCHA]
viewMode=0
directLaunch=1
launchImage=1
noIosReload=0
launchSysMenu=1
redNAND=0
seeprom_red=0
otp_red=0
syshaxXml=0
