The leaks so far were on point, so be hyped for a direct soon I for one was excited seeing this, but damn is it expensive
I mean after thinking about it, its pretty cool. I like the Idea with the Robot and the Piano ^^.
Im just a bit worried, because they charge even more for the Robot Package, which only has the Robot Kit in it, a bit too much for only 1 thing.
I'd pay just about 40$ for it. But I can see parents buying this on their kids birthday.

Agree. The price is really off putting, you can buy a full fledged quality game with that much

Open your eyes. See the potential. First we hack our switches to make them our bitches. Then we (Not me...other people) create some dumb homebrew games and custom cardboard kits to go with it. Greatness awaits.

The cost will be 70$ for the "Variety Kit"
and 80$ for the "Robot Kit"
Who ever thought about something like this? Nintendo won't stop to suprise me after all...

It's a $60 game with $10 to $20 worth of material. I don't think the pricing is terrible. If it appears on the eShop, then there's nothing stopping you from making the nets yourself.

If this let us get controll to the Joycon hardware...:

...then the average joe might be able to make custom cardboard kits and homebrew games for them without even hacking their Switch.

they're right it's for kidz ONLY. and they're charging for fucking cardboard? REALLY!! also cardboard wears out FAST.

keep your gimmicky shit nintendo

i LOVE this comment on IGN
Extremely silly, even for kids. Recycled McDonalds' packaging pressed into flimsy silly trinkets.

:rofl2:

It's for fucking kids! You aren't the demographic!
But the kids are not the ones with the money :D
Let's see what their parents think when they realize their kid wants an 80 bucks cardboard set.

"Nope my boy, sorry, I think I'm better off buying you that 1-2 Shit from the bargain bin"

If they find a market, this will make them more rich than they already are! Kudos, very smart, not for me, but kids WILL love this.
Kids will love having to mess about with cardboards and rubberbands before they can play their videogame? They'll love having the things break every so often and requiring repairs? My brother's really into building and design and such but even he couldn't give a rats ass about this. You're not designing anything or so, just assembling it like IKEA furniture.

I’m buying this. I freakin love the concept and ideas and hope to play it with my family.
It's not multiplayer you know

Chinese sites are gonna be selling plastic versions of the accesories i'm sure. That said i'm pretty sure the games are going to be lackluster as hell. Also you'd assume they'd just make regular controls available too.

We're probably being a little harsh since this is specifically targeted to kids, but yeah, the games look like shit too. Oh well, Mario Tennis Aces looks awesomesauce, happy about the DS port, and Nintendo definitely has a lot more reveals for the year still.
