Would there be a way to force all the wormholes to contain legendaries using a plugin/feature?

how about like the shiny chance or 100% shiny for the wormholes.

I don't follow that aspect really, I can't say for sure. I know there's shiny chance multipliers, as far as the wormhole thing, I don't know if that's been perfected.
