Actually the mosaic effect isn't supported with the 3DS's GPU.I believe Bubble has said that SNES9x 3DS doesn't support the mosaic effect to in order to keep the emulator's speed up.
First check if you have the latest Version of Snes9x 3DS (Version 1.20)How can I load Tengai Makyou Zero? After two restarts, the screen is black...
Also, be sure you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS indicated on the screen to initialize the game correctly.First check if you have the latest Version of Snes9x 3DS (Version 1.20)
Then boot the game. Finish all the checks. Open the Menu and reset the console.
Boot the game again. Finish all the checks. Open the Menu and reset the console.
It should be playable now. I used a prepatched rom from the Internet.
This feature works on the HBL (.3dsx) version, not the .cia.The n3DS zL and zR button bindings for fastforward or whatever don't do anything.
v1.21 Released
No other changes except to fix the New 3DS ZL/ZR problem when you use the CIA version. Enjoy!

Time to bind those bad boys
Btw, another question, it might come off as damn annoying but still
Is version 1.20/1.21 using per-game CFG files, or is Snes9x now using only one general CFG for all games?
I didn't check that last time I tried out 1.20
Ah cool, thanks for clarifyingIt's still 1 cfg per game.
sorry for the (probably) noob question, but is there a way to add scanlines / crt video filter effects?
havent used my ds with snes9x in a while but after i used my snesclasic i want to get back into it but without scanlines it just feels wrong after you got used to them
Yes, .swc files work.Sorry for being so late to this party, but does Snes9x not support .swc files?
For some reason, a good portion of my games collection are in this format.
First of all, no. Second of all, the o3DS wouldn't be able to power it. Third of all, you brought back a thread that hadn't been posted to in 8 days just to say this bullcrap?n64 emulator on old 3ds make it happen.
