The code only allows the fp to be increased in order for ap to be increased we would need a whole different cheat.

Yep I always back up my savedata every time I play so it's not a big problem 
I was wondering, is it possible to have all of codes list in the most recent one? I checked the old versions and it has the max pet level/fish/clothings/etc. that the newest version doesn't have (even though the notepad listed all the codes in there). Also for the instant field crop code, most crops give the yield of 99 but the vine crops don't, is it possible to make the vine crop the same? (it just reallllyy bother me for some reason!).

All of the codes are in plugin. I haven't removed any of them. Redownload the plugin. Almost of us have any knowledge of the process of making codes so we cannot help you with editing them or creating them.
Yea I'll either have to find time to make them(well try to) or find someone else. The person that was helping can't help anymore because of work and school.
Nope the creator of that code is not available at this time to my knowledge. We would have to look for the codes our selves instead. I've been working on it but I'm not really good with looking for values and stuff for the cheats.

You download and modify the master .txt found in the Github link to add the code, then use Nanquitas' NTR Plugin Manager to create the plugin.
Yes the codes are from users on fort42 and here but most are pretty busy at the moment.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1 -
