Hardware Weird bright border in top screen (N3DS XL)

Should i need to buy another screen?

Hello everyone, i have a weird problem with my new 3ds xl, theres a white border in the top screen, and its really weird, and i want to know if someone has the same problem, or if has a solution or should i replace the screen?

I atached some images showing my problem.

sometimes it happens to me, but much "softer" and a time off solved it until it get again :v
there are a good time it haven't happened again ..
with you it's constant or times in times like with me? it also does flick?
Maybe reconnecting the cables could solve it but don't open it before someone else come with a better explanation about this

its always, constant, and doesnt flick, its just there all the time

It kinda looks like image persistence (what some people would call burn in but it's different) which is normally temporary, so there's a chance you could fix it. I see there are YouTube videos you can play that attempt to fix it, and there's probably also some website to do it that would run on the n3DS.

Looks like somethinf that happened on my DS XL yeara ago, is it still present while the 3DS is turned on?
