BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment announced today on Twitter that the Collector's Edition and it featured the PS4 and Xbox One version but no Switch.

And for those that pre-order early BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment gives this as an incentive:

Lastly, this FighterZ-related tweet mentioned the confirmed platforms (which already state what's above) the game will be on and Switch isn't part of it.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is coming February 2018 on PS4, XB1 and PC!

So yeah, if you want a Dragon Ball game on the Switch then you'll have to make do with Xenoverse 2.

I'm getting Xenoverse 2 but would have been nice to get FighterZ later on too.

they said they could port it if xenoverse sold well and xenoverse isnt out yet so how does this confirm anything, if xenoverse does good they might release a latter version with some dlcs already and such at the same time they release like deluxe or complee or whatever edition to ps4.

Not a fan of the tweets, sound like a lot of people making fun of switch owners rather than commenting on the announcement.

I think I may be done with dragonball for good, nice show back in late 1990s, then to start the show up again like it wasn't done years later, then some odd game decisions, and now people making fun of nintendo switch owners who would like the game on it but may not get it. What happen to gaming in the last decade. :ninja:

How? All the Big Bang Attack announcements were made on that day and not once did they even mention anything about the Switch.

I hate to agree with the mentality of Nintendo fanboys but it's somewhat the best way to go about it. Nintendo consoles for Nintendo games, third party games on PlayStation/Xbox.

Nintendo promised us 3rd party games on the system, so we have to wait and see if they can deliver the promise. Is true that perhaps this game specifically isn't one of them, but doesn't mean nintendo shouldn't try anyway. They had arc system works games on nintendo systems before, they even made the dragonball game on 3ds last year. Then they decide to make a BETTER one and now is not even considered for nintendo.

I don't mind not having the game on switch, but in general when nintendo systems have less fighting games than xbox, that is a shocker cause nintendo used to have tons of fighting games and xbox one already had hardly any. :ninja:

Nintendo has never had a Marvel Vs. Capcom game while Xbox did and will, plus, in case of Tekken games on Nintendo only three, 2 on handhelds and 1 on console. So when people think of fighting games on Nintendo consoles they usually think of Smash than anything else.

Exactly, if it comes to the Switch it will be at some point after the release of the game on the already confirmed platforms, depending on how well Xenoverse sells on the system. Nothing has yet been confirmed aside from the fact that if it comes to the Switch, it won't be on the same day as other consoles. But we already knew that anyway.

That how it is now but before there was plenty, Street fighter II, Mortal kombat, Killer instinct even Wait what's this, a DRAGONBALL Z FIGHTING GAME FOR NINTENDO, but only sold in japan.

My point is there was plenty of fighting games on nintendo systems in the past, but devs don't want to do nintendo probably cause how much stuff changed for whatever reason, game license issues, rejection of games, or whatever, I dunno.
