I had the same problem. After a quick search on Google, you must have at least 10 posts to send a PM. You have only 6 for now, so you need to make 4 annother posts ton "unlock" PMs
Normally a re-plug and then re-pair fixes this.
But 2 times that happened to me, it wanted me to remove the joycon device from Devices and Printers and do a restart.

Also why when i do a spi backup, it disconnects?

For some reason it wanted to check internet for new, even though you had it disconnected.
Anyway, always wait for drivers install to finish.
EDIT:
It has to do with your adapter and version of windows.
Because it does not get a certain keep alive packet, it disconnects.
In windows 10, it stays on forever. So I don't have any means to test keep alive packets...

Also another 70TB going in the front mount drive bays of this server. 182tb raw, going to probably use a zfs RAID-Z3 for 3 parity disks, so 140TB usable

I could claw back 14tb by only doing 2 parity disks but I feel like with 13 disks in the RAID I'd be kind of pushing my luck on rebuild time if I encounter a disk failure
