Gaming FreeShop, FBI, CiAngel, Hblauncher loader not working. (I give up.)

I honestly give up.

If FBI can't even detect a CIA, you know my 3DS is f***** up.

I simply couldn't get FBI, freshop, or ciangel to work. On Freshop &Ciangel, it fails on something like "Downloading content: [2/2]" I waited 2 hours to get Pokemon Moon to download, and I wanted to throw my 3DS on the wall when it failed to download the second part of it. (It was almost finished by the way.) And FBI only likes certain CIAs, even on the latest version. TitleDB and QR codes work though (thank god). And to top it all off, Freeshop doesn't retain my settings, even after reinstalling it, and CiAngel refuses to start with wings.json every other time I launch it. Any help? (hints: boot9strap, 11.4U, sysnand)

Could be a bad SD card, helped some one with a similar issue and it was the SD card.
Freeshop can fail to save settings (Title Keys URL) when restarted. That's a bug, if you mean like only show 3ds games and then you click save but it doesn't, that's most likely the SD card.
Would you be willing to backup your SD card and follow this part of THE guide to test it?

This.
It sounds like it's not writing data to your card.
Try taking out your SD card and writing data directly to your sysnand if you don't have a SD card. Just to rule it out. If you have another SD card, you can test it out. Mine just got ruined last night. I'm still recovering from it - in a sense...all of the data was lost. 128GB card. SUCH a pain.

The only other SD Card I have is an 8GB, and I won't be able to transfer my data without deleting a few titles.

Although it hasn't finished, it says that it may be defective, and 7.3GB of data is OK on the 32GB sd card. This is weird, as it looks like the micro sd card is official. Nonetheless, it's probably a fake. Or time tortured it. Time to start partitioning.

With a reading like that id have to say fake card.
I wouldn't try to partition it if I where you.
Cards are cheap, Recommend getting a new one from a trusted source.

I'm poor, so I'll use an 8GB that's lying around and isn't fake.

Could you send a photo of the SD card? If it's fake you may be able to use it as a 8GB SD. You may also try to report the seller to get the money back if you got it online.
