Did you backup your act.dat and ireg/dreg files? If not, you can't currently fix this.

Yes, I tested this with both PS1, PSP and PS Vita games I own. Then again, maybe I can run it because of Henkaku either way? But I also remember PS1 games needed to be registred on my account even with Henkaku to work. if my Vita is deactivated, I would presume they would not work even with Henkaku.

I thought not being able to download anything was pretty unlucky situation but you are telling me there are worse situations?
To clarify, I cannot download anything now but all past games I downloaded before this error work fine. I am running Esno Firmware on 3.60

The error will pop up with any Vita on 3.60 for those situations:
- Trying to activate the console directly
- Trying to activate the console by transfering a game from a PS3
- Trying to download content from PS Store.
So yeah, it's expected behavior until Henkaku can properly spoof the process and give a valid answer to Sony's servers challange.

So only solution is to wait now? But why is downloading games from Andrenaline PSP PS Store not working too?

It's because all versions of Adrenaline until the current require act.dat as well as aforementioned registry entries to access PSP Emulation hardware components on Vita. It's perfectly possible to install both PSP Bubbles as well as Adrenaline/ARK with dummy (blank) act.dat files but they simply won't operate without the proper, console-specific contents of the file.

So as to repeat:
1. Activation of a Vita < 3.65 is currently impossible unless we obtain a F00D Hack (highly unlikely due to complexity - see: http://wololo.net/2017/02/01/ps-vita-first-f00d-hack-means-scene/ ).
2. A new version of Adrenaline without act.dat requirement was promised by the dev but no sooner than September.

My Vita has act.dat and Adrenaline runs. I have issue when I go to PS Store (PSP version) from Adrenaline. I used to download PS1 Classics this way but now it gives error. That error to my knowledge should not be related to error people on 3.60 have for Vita store because Adrenaline emulates last PSP firmware which should use PS Store fine. I used it good in past this way.

This is what I used to do on Adrenaline and download games like this onto memory card:

Browsing through this thread it seems quite a few people are very active in deactivating their Vitas. Not very proactive.
