ROM Hack Dumping dreamtowns on ACNL 1.5?

I know there's a way to do it (I believe it involves process dumper 2.0), I just don't know how to

any help would be appreciated

here's an old guide I made for this a while ago, works on newest acnl.

I made you a guide :^). Alright so you're going to need a ntr ram dumper, so get one of those, dump your acnl ram while in a dream town. Expand it with gateway ram tools, open up hxd or something and go to 31F26F80, and copy to a length of 89B00, paste that data into a new file and name in garden_plus.dat then after go into the save editor, put in your current save and import the map from the other save you just made with hxd.

everytime i try to dump in a dream town it just says ERROR: could not open file

Did you create the dump folder in the root of your SD ?

Just to note this guide only works for USA.
4.0 of the NTR plugin will allow the user to dump towns btw
