I have been trying to download Retroarch for Vita but the download keep failing it says because of network failure but I can download from other sites just fine. Does anyone have an alternate link from google drive, mega or any other downloading site?

I been trying both since last night. I did some research and maybe its because I'm on android device. I saw a couple of post where people have trouble downloading from retroarch site when using android devices.
