Hi guys, I have a problem with my wii u and I don't know if it's bricked.

The problem begin when some games didn't update the DLC was just fine but the update was downloaded and the installation begin it gives me error 105-3683 so I use ftp server to delete some tickets but with no luck.
Then I erased the apps folder and the wii u is stuck in the wii u logo when I turn it on, no more response only the Wii U logo and the music.

After that I hardmoded my wii u to make a Nand back up but I don't know what to do now. I don't have a previous back up.

Is there anything I can do to get my wii u back and running?

i think you erased all the system apps.

if you can get the files from somewhere, you could flash them to the nand and it should be able to boot again.

You deleted the "apps" folder. Your screwed unless you have a backup of the apps folder. You deleted all apps including system apps. Wii U Menu is an app and if you don't have Wii U menu you can't boot into the menu. You are not bricked. I can say that but you did delete the menu. Please private message me and I will gladly give you my apps folder if you didn't backup your apps folder.

This is why people shouldn't FTP into the WiiU without knowing what your doing.

That's almost like deleting the system32 folder in Windows. lol.

You can access the WiiU filesystem via Hardmod, correct? If so, you may be able to restore the Apps folder if you can get someone's backup.

Good luck!

Probably not unless you have a dump of the OTP/SEEPROM as it's needed to decrypt/encrypt the NAND (not sure if the SEEPROM is actually needed but the OTP definitely is)

But every file its encrypted by consolé por not?
It is encrypted. You just need a sysnand backup and then use it on your wii u and BAM!

You could grab a random title, such as the settings and name that the same titleid as home menu, then it'll autoboot settings and you could fix your problem by updating.
