Homebrew "An exception occured" after updating from arm9loaderhax to boot9strap

So, I tried to update from arm9loaderhax to boot9strap on my EmuNand (Luma3DS). But I accidentally updated it on my SysNand (which don't has arm9loaderhax). The result is that every time I try to boot up my SysNand I get this error message:

But the worst part about it is that the same thing happens when I try to open an app in the Homebrew launcher:

That also happened one time when I was playing ACNL (on my EmuNand) but it didn't happen anymore in ACNL since that (I used a Multi Cheat Plugin in NTR)
Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I would be very grateful and happy about any help.

EDIT: I checked now, I think I don't even have arm9loaderhax because I don't remember that I've ever done this and there were only files on my SD called arm9loaderhax.bin, arm9.bin and arm11.bin but nothing else A9LH-specific

You're not supposed to install it on your emunand. As a matter of fact, you shouldn't have an emunand at all. What is the firmware of both your nands, and what is your 3ds model?

Model: New Nintendo 3DS XL (PAL); SysNand: 9.2E; EmuNand: 11.5E

Gateway user most likely.

No need to have EmuNAND, just remove it and then upgrade to Boot9Strap from your sysNAND.

So if I'm correct, booting into your sysnand throws an error, but emunand works fine?

No, unfortunately no. Even if I had, I couldn't open EmuNand/Decrypt/Hourglass/GodMode9 because I can't open apps in the Homebrew Launcher because of that

In that case, try restoring your emunand backup over your sysnand, and make sure it doesn't overwrites firm0 or firm1 by selecting safe in whatever application you use. After that, delete your emunand and we'll go from there.

How can I make/restore a backup if I can't open EmuNand/Decrypt/Hourglass/GodMode9? Is there any chance?

How can you boot into an emunand but not be able to boot into those?

I selected AutoBoot EmuNand in Luma Settings

What guide did you use? This menu error that your getting means that your suppose to move your emunand to sysnand with GodMode9. Since you said that you can't even go to godmode9, it seems to me like you did something wrong. Are you sure you can't go to GodMode9?

You're not supposed to boot them from HBL, you boot them from Luma's chainloader.

I only accessed GodMode9 or in my case Decrypt9 with the HBL (and yes I know Decrypt9 is outdated)

It's part of the guide you followed, you had to do it in order to run SafeB9SInstaller.

Then you should be able to boot into GodMode9. Hold start while powering onto the system.

If i may interject a little information here, I'm not entirely sure, since i haven't been on the forum in a while, but im glad to be back, I would see if you could attempt a CTR Transfer in Godmode 9, Don't quote me on that though. It's saved me numerous times and allow me to boot Bootstrap9. I Don't believe i can link the file here, though. Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong on any information, But i would suggest doing research on the "CTRTransfer" Method. I would also suggest making sure that you correctly installed Bootstrap 9, and try to find a 11.3 Sysnand ctr transfer image, so even if it does remove the Bootstrap, which i highly doubt, you can just Re-hack your 3ds and reinstall A9LH/Bootstrap9.
Edit: Forgot to mention to PM Me if you need help finding the CTR image links. I would suggest listening to a few other users too, than just me, so take what i said with a small grain of salt.
