That's not the link you install freeShop from. You install freeShop from the link that Quantumcat gave you in this post:

Did you scan the QR code with FBI? Worse comes to worse is that you download the CIA and manually install it.

Yes i tried this but it doesnt even show the install option and i downloaded some games and dont want to be insfalled i dont kbow what to do now please help

If you mean by "manualy" from fbi it doesnt work and look in the homebrew how i should get to the luma cnfiguration menu ?

When i launch the black square supposed to be freeshop i get this

Just download the damn CIA for freeshop from arc13 and install it. Download via PC and put on SD card

just follow the link that @Quantumcat gave you, not that hard. Either use the QR code or just put the .cia on you SD and install it using FBI, then open freeshop on your home menu.

did you understand what i said ? ive already done this but it dont want to install

ok i downloaded it from the link i paste it in the cia and also the dot 3dsx freeshop file in 3ds and all i get is nothing on the home menu and f,,,,,, black square on homebrew and in fbi the otion install or install and delete all cia file doesnt appear at all ...
