ROM Hack Can't get the randomizer working on Moon!

So after hours of talking with supportive people who know how to make randomizer game in gen 7 to work, I forgot to ask them how do I make it work? I already did the a/*/*/* numbers and stuff and when I ran the game it was normal (yes I did activate the Luma patching) so what could've gone wrong?

Are all your files in the right place? For Moon, they should be in SD:\luma\titles\0004000000175e00\romfs.

no, I didnt do that kind of extraction

I tried to build it to cia file from GodMode9 but when its half way in the build it says "failed to build"

I need someone to help me from the start, to dump the cart and than extract it and the other stuff, I've been trying to almost the entire day today to even start the process
