Gaming way to improve fps on payday 2?

hi so im looking to improve fps on payday 2
since I cant afford a new pc and im stuck with this anyone got some tips
I have a 1.70 GhZ cpu idk about graphics but its pretty bad
I have 4 gb ram 3.61 usable if anyone can help it would be appreciated

can you specify what cpu and gpu you have? looks like youre even under the minimum specs though. just try setting everything to the lowest setting as well as a lower resolution and see if that helps. if it doesnt, you need a new pc ;P

it says for cpu AMD E2 - 1800 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.70 GhZ
I dont really know GPU since it doesnt say it, anyway to check?

You can check you GPU with Windows Key and "R" and type in "dxdiag"..
Also.. Just test it ^^
It cant get even worse if it doesnt work.
Just test it and if it doesnt help (It should help) then undo the changes.

so i think its called (the GPU) AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics

the performance for payday 2 isn't terrible its playable (for me) and yes everything is on low
