Ok, this is again me being off-topic here, even more than before, but shouldn't fwtool get it's own thread now that more people will be able to get hax on DSi, or at least a thread explaining what it is, what it does and what it is used for, I mean the details are really scarce and scattered all around the internet, most of it happening to be on the 2nd page of this thread?
And now to be a bit on topic: My DSi XL also didn't come with the Brain Age games but I could freely download them from the eshop (IIRC both are the same game but in 2 different languages or something like that though). But then again I bought my DSi XL second hand so that might just be my specific case where they have already been deleted, I only had Flipnote Studio and the browser.

Interesting question: would this work properly with a 64GB card formatted as fat32, I just tested one and it does see the card but...the data management thing reports 9.999 blocks free with an empty SD card so I guess the OS is not made to read the 64GB card and it kind of makes it go nuts?
Would that have any influence over running SRLoader or other homebrew?
And furthermore could it be dangerous in any way to use fwtool with a 64GB card for doing stuff to the NAND?

It will work with any SD card of any size. Just make sure it's formatted to FAT32 with 32kb cluster size.

No.

Should be safe.

I have a late DSi model from American region, by the way with serial "TW74XXXXXX". It only came with "Flipnote Studio", "Nintendo DSi Browser" and "DSi+Internet" preinstalled if that information is of help to anyone.

@Thunder Hawk A little video that tells what one can do with a DSi connecting it to Internet (DSi Shop, DSi Browser, DSi Ware, Nintendo WFC and similar).
It isn"t possible to redownlaod it from the DSi Shop if I remember right.
