Okay I think I've bricked my system. Help!

So I have a new 3ds and a while ago I followed the 3ds guide to get a9lh installed on my SysNAND, all worked a-ok. I wanted to sell the machine which I tried with the CFW installed but ebay kept taking my listing down so I thought I would restore back to stock factory for sale. I booted into Decrypt9 by holding left when booting my device, in Decrypt 9 I then made a backup of my current system and then went on to restore the backup I made when asked to in the 3ds guide before installing a9lh ( I chose the option to restore backup out of the 3, restore, forced restore, restore keep a9lh). Decrypt 9 did its thing, I watched the % tick up, it then rebooted, blue light then turned off. Now it wont boot. Black screen and blue light comes on for around 12 seconds then it turns off. Ive tried holding left, start, with SD card, without SD card, with arm9loaderhax.bin on sd card and without. Was running 11.2

Any ideas greatly appreciated

EDIT: Found my Decrypt9 log, looks like I didn't copy the .sha over so maybe it was corrupted?:
You selected [NAND Restore].
!!! THIS WILL OVERWRITE THE A9LH !!!
!!! INSTALLATION IN YOUR SYSNAND !!!
If you wish to proceed, enter:
<Right>, <Down>, <Left>, <Down>, <A>
(B to return, START to reboot)
Selected: [NAND Restore]
Use arrow keys and <A> to choose a file
NANDmin.bin
Validating NAND dump NANDmin.bin...
Verifying dump via .SHA...
.SHA not found, skipped
Opening NANDmin.bin ...
Small NAND backup, using minimum size...
Restoring SysNAND. Size (MB): 1240
NAND Restore: succeeded!
Press B to return, START to reboot.

Maybe you still have a9lh - with a brick the light wouldn't turn off. Try putting the Decrypt9 bin file in the root of the card named arm9loaderhax.bin and turn on your console. If you get into Decrypt9 then you can do a 9.2 CTR transfer. After that, use SafeArm9Installer (if you can find it) to uninstall a9lh.

Thanks for the idea. No luck though same result, bluelight for 12ish seconds then turns appears to turnoff. Tried with latest version of Decrypt9 from GitHub too

If you can't work it out then don't worry - you'll be able to unbrick using a DS flashcart soon :-) (only certain kinds, not sure if you'll need a working CFW 3DS to flash stuff to it. See Lia's or SciresM's posts).

It won't get transferred if it wasn't bought.

can you explain in better detail?
Game tickets (what allows the game to work) are not transferred straight from 3DS to 3DS. The source console says to Nintendo servers, "hey, I'd like the target console to have all my stuff ". The servers say,"ok, let me check what I have on file here for what you bought. Game A and game B? Ok. I'll tell the target they are allowed to play those games." Then the target says, "Cool, so I can play game A and game B now? Thanks dude". Game C, the pirated DSiWare game, is not recorded on Nintendo's servers so it is not part of this process. If you want it to get transferred you have to buy it so the servers know to tell the target console it is allowed to play it.

I believe what he meant was system transfer only move legitimate titles purchased from eshop
So that means even for other 3DS titles like FBI, etc won't be transferred to the new device. That includes pirated DSi games

ah ok is the DSi ware hax straight forward like buy the DSiWare on the source 3ds and transfer to the targeted 3ds or is it more to it if there is a detailed guide to do that?

Thanks again for your help. Quick question I have a little progress I have managed to get some kind of boot into recovery mode by holding (L) + (R) + (A) + (Up) while booting with SD card out(doesn't work with it in). It then asks me to update systems settings. Would I be correct in thinking this should be a safe try(nothing else to lose) as in theory a9lh is not installed anymore because of the inability to boot into decrypt9 etc?

Should be ok. It might end with an error (I have a bricked console that can get into recovery mode but always fails. I tried to downgrade to the wrong region)
