Yeah I saw the green flash, by popup screen I meant the screen you get when you press X+Y. Also, I do have the dlcs that were released this week but it's installed on another 3ds, dunno if that is causing this issue.

Are you using my plugin or the speedfly plugin? My plugin uses Select when not in the X+Y menu to open the cheat menu, while the speedfly plugin uses X+Y then the Game Plugin option to access the cheats.
Ah that was the problem, haven't used any codes yet that worked outside of the X+Y screen. Thanks for the fast replies!
so it turns out the US plugin and the JP plugin were mixed up somehow and the US plugin was crashing my JP game and I didn't realize until I checked and replaced it with the correct one. I even had a clue it was the wrong one from the silly dubbed names for the battle skills and the order thr cheats appeared in the menu. anyway everything works now but it would be cooler if @KunoichiZ could add the new overclasses into the unrestricted characted promotions hack so e.g. characters like Sonya or Mae can become Celica's Queen overclass etc
er right my bad I meant if @ymyn updated the unrestricted character promotions to include the new overclasses as well. @KunoichiZ is on top of everything and I appreciate the hard work making it so everyone that doesn't use gateway can use cheats.
I actually need to update all 3 plugins, but I haven't had the time to yet. I'll update them within a couple of days.

In my O3DS XL (fire emblem USA with plugins USA) I do not get the green screen (I already used CTGP 7 to test if it was to misuse my bootntr mode3 wrong) I need something more, some combination of buttons before starting the game with The ntrboot +fire emblem? (Sorry for my English)
My plugin uses Select. Do not press X+Y then expect Select to do anything. Speedfly plugin uses X+Y then Game Plugin. The game does not use Mode 3 so do not install that version of BootNTR.

I used usa plugin on my o3ds with normal BootNtr. I got the green screen while opening the game. I can open the cheat with start button to turn them on. So far, i have turned 2 cheats ON: All stat+1 when leveling & got 100 exp after battle enemy. Somehow both of them doesn't work while in combat. Do i need to turn them on before combat or is it doesn't matter? Any helps will be appreciated.

Try turning them on before combat. Also, press Y on the cheat name to view how to properly activate some of the cheats, as simply turning some of them on won't do you any good.
Thanks for the feedback. Both are working right now. However, while the cheat was on, some of the villager class characters did not get +1 in RES during level up. Is this normal or something else? I am at the beginning of the story where Alm being declared as the leader of the rebel.

They need to have a growth rate off larger than 1% in that stat for it to go up.
With this next update, are there plans to implement the variations of the "Recruit Anyone" code that's been recently discussed? I think the code and values exist for the cards, but not yet NTR plugin. It's a LOT of copy/pasting with inserted values... buuuuuuut... it's an attractive cheat that basically allows you to make your own team of any possible character you encounter in the game (Including Fiery Rinea!)
