I've booted my 3ds and downloaded games, that's about it. I don't really play online on hand helds.
So no, you probably didn't get ban, but like that matters, as you don't use online features.

flashcart question, so i have b9s installed and my r4i sdhc happybox up to the latest 3ds upgrade firmware and when i put it in my 3ds i won't work but on my normal ds lite it works fine. Am I doing something wrong?i even have flashcart timewarp cia installed and the anykernel cia (apache launcher) gives me an error

Okay so I'm following the 3ds.guide and I'm nearing the end. It tells me to "hold r and bress b to eject SD card." I have a microSD. Should I forego this section? (Its the NAND backup section). What should I do?

me again. When I try to backup NAND it tells me it failed. What do?
EDIT: It tells me there isnt enough space. So naturally I'm deleting stuff. Can I delete the CIAs that it told me to download since I've installed them? (I'm on the last part!!) what else can I get rid of?? Can I get rid of HANS?? (it came with when I downloaded homebrew)

If you have installed games, copy your Nintendo 3DS folder to your computer and delete it from your SD card. Put it back after dumping your NAND backup and copying it to your computer/cloud storage. Homebrew isn't very big so unless you're only a few megabytes short then deleting homebrew stuff won't make any difference.
