Will i have to redownload echoes when the seed comes or is it something that just comes when the game releases?
You can use FBI to install the seed once the game is released. It is highly recommended to NOT play early releases of a game (CIAs from websites, based on cart dumps) as it could lead to your console being banned. The recommended way to play a game (If you are pre-loading it prior to release) is to use CIAngel/FreeShop to install the game, then use FBI to install the seed once the game is released.

Yeah, I was bored, figured I'd fix it up and get it actually building with the latest releases of the dependencies.
You'll get it from that iso site sooner and you can immediately play it. The title key is on that title key site, but it's the preload version and can't be played until the 19th.
The developers have no influence on what is and is not available in CIAngel, a third-party database is used.

Nobody knows who he is. But the entries grow from people buying eShop games, dumping the titlekeys and uploading them to his database.
Google it - we aren't allowed to say the name.
Somebody who also has no say in what is and isn't available, because it is a database built on community contributions.
So the seed for the game cant be downloaded off of FBI until the 19th? I thought they released the seed a day earlier? thats just what i heard.
If it's a global release, it might seem like a day early because it's already tomorrow in other parts of the world compared to where you are. (Going by your flag.)

This version's 3dsx build seems to freeze on a red (lower) screen when opened. There's been a regression somewhere, by the look of it.
Probably the svchax update I applied. I honestly never test the 3dsx build, as its only good for creating a CIA that you would then need CFW to install. The recommended method is to just use the CIA version of the app.
Red means you're missing boot.3dsx. Try redownloading the homebrew starter pack. Also as Drakia said, you should use the CIA version whenever possible for homebrew. It's just more stable.

That only applies if you can't get into the homebrew launcher. Here (I'm assuming), they can get into the homebrew launcher but the app causes a red screen on launch.
Good point. I almost never use HBL. I usually just use it to dump DSP or run the Guide.
