Oh yeah! It's finally here. I lost my patience and got the EU one to play a couple days ago already.

The pokemon UK versions are not dumped because they are serial dupes of usa, so whats the point.

What the FUCK? So it took them THREE MONTHS to release a game in the UK with ZERO CHANGES to it? Three months to do NOTHING. Someone with big feet needs to kick the asses of some very lazy motherfuckers.

It's nothing to do with lazy, the reason for the delay in Europe was that Nintendo had only just released the Pokemon Rescue Team carts in Europe, about the time of the release of Diamond and Pearl in other countries. They had to wait a while to release Diamond and Pearl, else they would have killed the sales of the Rescue Team games dead.

Edit :- This is one of the best versions of Picross ( or its many other incarnations ) available

The game is beautiful, it's presented nice & cleanly, and is just a great/fun way to pass the time. I have only one complaint:

WTF is up with the touch screen controls?!

Was it just me or did anyone else seem to feel that it was "off" a bit? I would find myself getting "X's" that I shouldn't have got due to some sort of "misalignment" or something? Maybe it's just my big hands? In a game where the touch screen controls are a crucial to gameplay, I doubt the developers would have let an error like that one slide, so I'm praying it's just me. I switched to the button controls for a couple puzzles but there was an obviously slowdown when trying to get from square to square plus the game throws on some dark column over the number columns to remind you where you are. That dark column makes it harder to distinguish whether or not you cleared that section or not...

Still, it's a great game, I'll be taking it along with me on long train rides!

Thats weird, touch screen controls were really accurate for me

. I think I only made a mistake once due to the fact that I was rushing (trying to beat my own time

In my opinion, the button controls are like 10x better than using the stylus, especially for the bigger puzzles. Plus I can easily lay on my back on my bed and hold the DS with two hands while using button mode. Its all about comfort

Uh, for the record, when using stylus mode, you can use the DPad/ABXY to switch functions when you do, the game defaults to move when you release the button. Therefore, functionality is the same.

The stylus mode is the best, IMO

Also, if I download a pack using the EU version, then switch over to the US version, will my save still work?

You can realign your touch screen settings in the DS system settings. (Settings for the DS itself, not picross.)

I like Picross a lot, since the times it was Gb only. It's a very relaxing game...

But hell, I sure suck when it comes to wifi play. Just played 10 matches and I didn't win a single one

And how come they pitch me up to some japanese people who's got 1000 or so victories? Talk about unrated stuff!

I guess I'll just stick to Ppl for online play...

Has anyone else been having the same problem? I have played through all 4 levels, completing all puzzles in less than an hour but for some reason it hasn't unlocked any more levels.
I'm using a supercard lite.
