Tekken? ...or perhaps, Virtua Fighter.
I just want a "normal" fighting game without fireballs and shit.

Oh, and give me River City Ransom DS! NOOOOW! Loved that game on my NES.

Let's see... what else... Nope, nothing. I'm set.

DDR
Super Puzzle Fighter

DDR on the touch screen would be so cool! Using two fingers as feet.
I'd love to see that!

Maybe someone could make it a homebrew.

I don't think Tekken is that great a game, I heard Soul Calibur is coming out on the DS soon though.

There are a few homebrew DDR: DDRLite and Touch Touch Revolution, but there are few songs and the graphics aren't too great though I can't get them to work on my DS. =/

Super Metroid is an obvious one I'd want. Kirby Superstar for sure.

I want to see more Mega Man Powered Up and Maverick Hunter X. And if they were on DS, all the more better.

But quite frankly, I don't want to see ports. I want to see classic franchises make big comebacks which is why I'm so stoked about Contra 4.

while it wouldn't be a port, there really needs to be an elite clone on the system. or privateer/space rogue/freelancer/x3 whatever the heck else--they're all about the same game.

something online and very customizable.

It'll never happen which is a shame given the touch screen input.

Since we're talking about Ports and not remakes or what not... I'm trying to be realistic here on what the DS could handle.

N64:
Goldeneye, Smash Bros, Jet Force Gemini, both Zelda N64 games, StarFox 64, Paper Mario, Ogre Battle 64, Forsaken 64

PSX: (kinda hard to think since CD games are larger than what a DS flashcart can hold... for now)
Devil Dice, PaRappa the Rapper, Lunar 1 and 2

PC:
Unreal Tournament, X-Com: UFS Defense, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Hospital Tycoon

I would love to see some of them oldschool amiga games on my DS actually. Like Superfrog and Benefactor. I would love to see an Eye of the Beholder game with touch screen compatibility too.

Resident Evil 4. Dumbed down graphics or lesser enemies I don't care

I WANT MY RE4!

A new Fire Pro Wrestling for DS (Not the GBA ones)

Street Fighter Alpha 3, Capcom vs SNK 2

UMK3 is coming out soon though (YAY!)

An NBA game perhaps?

Zelda Ocarina of Time
