That doesn't works for me on BOTW.. I have a little sound and then nothing ! I tried with many Amiibo Bin files, and with 2 differents phones.
hmm.. did you move it a lot when scanning the custom amiibos? never had any issues with mine.

Maybe I'm with an European version and the Amiibo bin is US ?
afaik there's no region lock with amiibos.. are you sure you have written the amiibo bin files to the tag properly? and your files aren't corrupt?
edit: is there something blocking between your tag and the nfc reader on your switch? eg: materials used for your custom amiibo like plastics are too thick or thumbstick on Switch has a guard etc.

i would suggest you remove the link immediately since it is against forum rules..i think....
Anyway, I would recommend downloading the complete collection from that ISO site for the 3DS, i got everything there including the key file needed to get Tagmo up and running and never ran into issues except just the Tagmo version but other than that, the bin files are working as it should.
@pustal once written onto blank tags, (if written properly) it is now forever a real amiibo. Think carefully before writing.

i wish i could and i would gladly give it to you but sadly it is also against the rules.. try to copy/paste my sentence on Google and you might find what you are looking for. I also have to dig the internet when i did this for the first time since no one could provide me with direct links. It is not easy and i've been there.

heard the sound. Try the files from the "3DragonsSoaredIntotheSeaofOblivion" capital and try to use brand new nfc tags.. also a lot of people were successful with Powersave+Powertags if you could also find one locally..

but yeah I have already tried with the key_retail.bin found on the website.I can't flash it again (if you talk about writing it with tagmo) If I write it again on it, I have this : Error while writing main data (stage1) java.io.IOException: Transceive failed
And I have been tried many times to rescan them in the game.
