Hacking o3dsxl FW 4.5.0-10E to CFW. HBlauncher and decrypt9 not working

Hi,
i've got a old 3ds xl with firmware 4.5.0-10E

followed the 3ds guide, all seems okay. when i'm go to settings it reads FW Sys 11.4.0-37E is that okay?
When launching homebrew launcher i get this error.

also when launching decrypt9 and go to XORpad generator options, NCCH padgen i get this error

Also when following the guide i've got this error, but i didn't pay much attention and go on with the guide.

What did i wrong? and can i fix it?

thanks. i've got allready that file in this directory, but downloaded the one from you're link. has a differ size than mine but this one works................THANKS

but a stupid question, what can i do with homebrew launcher? run emulators for example without installing them thru a cia file?

Google.. If you don't know why you need homebrew launcher why were you worried about it not working in the first place?
