Hacking Is it possible for online gaming at Switch 2.0.0?

MY switch is 2.0.0 and i have 2 questions

1) What DNS should i use to prevent firmware update
2) Can you still playnline at firmware 2.0.0? (Don't care about eshop access)

I can access eShop (with the enter-fast-at-turn-on trick) and play online with Fast RMX with no problems @ 2.0. I'm not sure about Nintendo network service.
