I want to extract the whole game and need extract the file to extract the texts and photos
This game is Inazuma Eleven Go Chrono stones and I am trying to guess or take out the passwords
And if I do not get it will help me to translate a game more easily without the hexeditor (inazuma eleven galaxy) that does not go out in Europe

That's why I need a file extractor .fa

Try this tool, https://github.com/polaris-/3ds-xfsatool. From what I read it should be able to unpack the .fa files

If you are willing to get into romhacking, you should learn how to use command line tools as it's one of the most basic things.
Put the exe and the fa on the same folder.
Hold shift and right click on the white part of the folder window and select "open command window here" or something similar. A black window will open (cmd).
Write the program name followed by the fa name. For example myprogram.exe myfile.fa
