So I got a Nintendo on launch and played it most of the night. Due to work and my busy life I haven't had time to get on it until today. Well I left the Switch docked to get fully charged with the joycons. I put my switch when I woke up in a new case I bought for it and let it sit in there powered OFF for another like 2 days. Today I turn on my switch and I noticed my right joycon was completely dead and my left one and console was completely charged. I'm in awe on how and why this happened. I'm thinking my case was pushing on a button maybe. I know that the joycon when a button is pushed turns on I think. Idk if there's a way to avoid this from happening again. Any advice or Input is greatly appreciated.

You need to set up the conditions again and see if the problem repeats itself.
ya I made sure they were fully charged this morning and put the joy cons on the grip this time and just the tablet in the case. I just wanna see if that right joy con is dying by itself for some reason like a battery or charging leak.

I had the same problem with my right joycon and it isn't charging. Is your right joycon able to charge or not?
My joycon was able to charge yes. I'm checking right now if it held that charge. Update in a minute

update: yep everything is on the up and up. I'm pretty sure it was just the case I had it in kept click buttons enough for 2 days to kill it

I have the same problem.
Did your right joycon revive?
Mine is not charging nor sending sinch signal at all.
It works when connected to the console, but it shows no battery charge.
